Azuki

Azuki is a legume that is highly-valued in Japan. It was traditionally used to improve kidney functions.

Very rich in proteins (21%), Group B vitamins and minerals.

Azuki regulates blood sugar levels, which is why it is especially recommended for diabetics.

Format: 500g packet.

Instructions for use: Soak in water overnight with a branch of Kombu seaweed. Sauté leeks and boil with the water previously used for soaking along with the Kombu seaweed for 2 hours. You can also add pumpkin and other vegetables. It can also be mixed with rice.
