Bulgur is wheat that is pre-cooked and chopped, maintaining all the nutrients of this cereal.

Very popular in Turkey and the Balkans.

Composition: 100% wheat.

Made in the EU.

Format: 500g packet.

Instructions for use: Boil one part bulgur in two parts water or broth for 15 minutes. It can be mixed with vegetables and chunks of Seitan, Tofu or Tempeh. It can also be used in salads, mixed with tomato, scallions and chopped pickles. Prior to cooking, the bulgur should be soaked in water with lemon juice for 2 hours.
