Genmai miso

Soybean and brown rice paste fermented with koji seeds in cedar pots for over a year.

Traditionally, Miso was used to strengthen the intestine and regenerate intestinal flora.

Composition: 60.86% ecological non-transgenic soybean, 26.08% brown rice, 1.74% water, 11.30% sea salt, 0.01% koji seeds (Aspergillus oryzae).

Made in Japan.

Format: 400g packet.

Preparation instructions: Dilute 1 teaspoon of Miso in a cup of hot broth. It can also be used to prepare delicious spreads by mixing it with Tahini (sesame paste) and water, or use as a seasoning for sauces. Do not boil in order to maintain all its natural properties. Refrigerate packet after opening.
