Soybean and rice paste with koji seeds fermented in cedar pots for 18 months. The sweetest Miso variety. Not pasteurized.

Traditionally, Miso was used to strengthen the intestine and regenerate intestinal flora.

Composition: 43.06% non-transgenic soybean, 35.23% rice, 3.13% water, 16.64% sea salt, 0.039% potato starch, 0.04% koji seeds (Aspergillus oryzae).

Made in Japan.

Format: 300g bottle.

Preparation instructions: Dilute 1 teaspoon of Miso in a cup of hot broth. It can also be used to prepare delicious spreads by mixing it with Tahini (sesame paste) and water, or use as a seasoning for sauces. Do not boil in order to maintain all its natural properties. Refrigerate packet after opening.
