Root from Pueraria Thumbergiana or Pueraria Hirsuta Matsum.

Traditionally used in Asia to treat fever, intestinal disorders, fatigue and general weakness.


Strengthens the intestine and used to treat diarrhea.

Composition: 100% root from Pueraria Thumbergiana or Pueraria Hirsuta Matsum.

Made in Japan.

Format: 115g packet.

Preparation instructions: Dilute 2 teaspoons of Kuzu in a glass of cold water and then boil for 5 minutes until it has a gelatinous, transparent texture. Dress with a few drops of Tamari or Tamari-Shoyu. Thanks to its mild flavor, it can be used as a natural thickening agent for all kinds of foods, both sweet and savory.
