Soybean and barley paste fermented with koji seeds in cedar pots for 18 months. Not pasteurized.

Traditionally, Miso was used to strengthen the intestine and regenerate intestinal flora.

Composition: 41.54% non-transgenic soybean, 34.62% barley, 4.62% water, 17.31% sea salt, 0.038% potato starch, 0.004% koji seeds (Aspergillus oryzae).

Made in Japan.

Format: 300g bottle.

Preparation instructions: Dilute 1 teaspoon of Miso in a cup of hot broth. It can also be used to prepare delicious spreads by mixing it with Tahini (sesame paste) and water, or use as a seasoning for sauces. Do not boil in order to maintain all its natural properties. Refrigerate packet after opening.
