Soy sauce fermented with whole-wheat and koji seeds for a week using a heating process that accelerates fermentation.

Composition: 15.4% ecological non-transgenic soybean, 15.4% whole-wheat, 54.2% water, 14.0% sea salt, 0.01% koji seeds (Aspergillus oryzae).

Made in Japan.

Format: 1 liter, 500ml, 250ml and 125ml bottle.

Instructions for use: Soy sauce, like Tamari-Shoyu, has a milder flavor than Tamari and is used as a dressing for salads, vegetables, meat and fish. Only a small amount is necessary.
