Tamari-shoyu

Soy sauce fermented with koji seeds in wooden barrels for 18-24 months.

Tamari-Shoyu has 9 essential amino acids, which are complemented with the amino acids in rice.

Composition: 18.8% ecological non-transgenic soybean, 15.43% whole-wheat, 53.52% water, 12.25% sea salt, 0.01% koji seeds (Aspergillus oryzae).

Made in Japan.

Format: 1L, 500cc, 250cc and 125cc bottle.

Instructions for use: Tamari-Shoyu has a milder flavor than Tamari and is used as a dressing for salads, vegetables, meat and fish. Only a small amount is necessary.
