Originally from Indonesia, Tempeh is another derivative of soybean made with a heating fermentation process. It comes in rectangular, compact pieces with little bits of soybean.

It can be prepared by boiling with Tamari-Shoyu or cut into thinner slices and toasted on the grill. Once again, it is important to note the nutritional value of this product, especially the proteins, and its easy digestion.

Format: 250g bottle.

Instructions for use: Cut into slices, batter and fry. Then dress with Tamari-Shoyu. It can also be used in the preparation of vegetable stew.
