Couscous is made with wheat that is ground in a stone mill, moistened, shaped, boiled, dried, measured, and packaged.

Couscous maintains all the properties of whole-wheat.

It is very popular in Northern African countries, where it is prepared in a variety of delicious ways.

Composition: Durum-wheat grain: Tríticum durum

Made in the EU.

Format: 500g packet.

Instructions for use: Bring 2 parts water or broth to a boil and pour over one part couscous. Let it sit for a few minutes (no need to boil). It can be mixed with sautéed vegetables and chunks of Seitan, Tofu or Tempeh. Dress with Tamari-Shoyu and Gomasio.
